Baas Construction, Inc has built for us twice in the last thirteen years. The first home was built in 1991 in the country. We didn't have a plan to work from, just our own ideas. Mark worked with us on a design that was just what we were looking for. From the start of the construction to move in was three months, which Mark had promised. The house turned out great and we enjoyed lving there for the the next twelve years.

In 2004 we again hired Mark and Baas Construction to build our townhome in Milaca. Again, our building experience was great with no problems or surprises. We are currently lving there and are very happy with our townhome.

We had the pleasure of working with Mark Baas while he constructed our home. We were living one of those nightmare experiences often heard of by custom homebuilders. We had just fired two other builders that came highly recommended but were outside the local community. After asking local residence who they would recommend, Mark Baas was recommended more times than any other builder in the area. We spent some time interviewing Mark. He was able to promise only the things he could deliver. He did not mislead us into false security of having the house exactly the way we wanted. He told us upfront what was best for the house, land and environment in which we were building.

I had bits and pieces of floor plans and design ideas I wanted to put together. He recommended a highly qualified drafts-person who was able to put my ideas into a blueprint. "We secured the services of Baas Construction, Inc. for the remodeling and addition of our home.

Mark worked diligently and patiently with us as we came up with a plan that accomplished our needs and fit our budget.

The work crew, who spent many weeks at our home, was always pleasant and very respectful. We felt like we were always informed of the next step and any changes in the plan. We also felt we were given honest, straightforward answers to all of our MANY questions.

We did our own electrical work and flooring. Since we only had evenings and weekends to do this, it took quite a while. I'm sure we threw Mark's timetable off schedule, but he never complained.

The original estimates given were very close in the end. Additional amounts were because of changes and additions we chose to make.

"It was our desire to move into the Milaca area and after many months of examining existing housing, we started our adventure with Baas Construction. We met with Mark and Terri and discussed different floor plan options and potential costs. Mark suggested that we walk through a home that he had constructed years ago, as he flet that it met our space requirements. After viewing this well structured home, hearing how very satisfied the family was who were now living in the home, we decided to pursue talking more seriously.
